McKay has a new nickname of "King Midas". Yes, just like the king
in the old fable - who loved his gold so much that he woke up every morning to count it. Thanks to Grandma Hyer buying him 200 Chuck E Cheese coins as an early birthday gift over a month ago and not
being able to celebrate or spend them until last night, he was constantly carrying around his loot bag and caught on many occasions counting his gold coins with much anticipation of his party and being able to play endless games. Last night we celebrated as a family with three of his good friends.

We love you McKay! This morning Dad went into to work late so he could stay home and make your special requested breakfast: pancakes, turkey bacon and sugar free syrup [Kay is our health nut - the other day I asked why he didn't like eating sweets and he said his sweet tooth tells him not to] You just left for the cabin to continue your celebration with Meme Marie. Have fun and have a Happy Happy Birthday. [Thanks mom for taking all the kids - you're the best. This weekend Kent and I are both involved with Youth Conference]
